Promotes personal productivity
Wednesday, April 1, 2009
Many "no-nonsense" approaches to life advancement think that "self-esteem" is a cop-out. That is true IF you use it as your whine..."I can't do anything because I have low self-esteem".

"They" are right in that respect. If you continue to use low self-esteem as your reason for being non-productive, then it is a cop-out.Read more

It does exist

Welcome to March…the light is back!  I was up at 6:30 this morning and the valley to the east of my cabin had light peeking over the glacier.  Recently I am hearing a lot about Spring Fever…yeah, if a body doesn’t have Spring Fever right now, they must be a robot!  March is a hard month on everybody.  The light is back, but the wind came with it, reminding us that winter is still here and will be for a bit longer.Read more

"What is a Life Coach Anyway?"
Sunday, February 1, 2009

What is a life coach?  That’s a good question and one I get all the time. Advice for a young mom with a dream
Sunday, February 1, 2009

Dear Coach,
I’m trying to start a business and I can’t afford a babysitter so I have my small children at home with me when I’m trying to work. We live in a small house so my dining room table has become my office and having the family to cooperate by not spilling milk on my stuff is getting harder and harder to do. I feel like giving up until my kids are older but it’s something I really want to do and if it works, I could really use the money. Should I give up?
Thanks,
