Certainly the most popular topic around the Meadow Lakes Community Council these days regards the proposed Special Land Use District (SpUD) document.
The team that’s produced the document has been diligently meeting for over two years, and has held three large-scale public workshops aimed at introducing the community to the contents of the product of their efforts. All their meetings were announced and open to the public
The Meadow Lakes Community Council general membership will be deciding whether to send the document on to the Planning Commission (potentially with amendments) or back to the SpUD team for further work. Obviously word is getting out that a major decision is looming and attendance at the MLCC is on the rise.Read more
