MLCC Petitioned By Members For Special Meeting

The Meadow Lakes Community Council has been petitioned by 13 General Members to hold a Special Meeting  The Petition reads as follows:

We the undersigned members of the Meadow Lakes Community Council, Inc. petition the Meadow Lakes Community Council, Inc. to hold a special general membership meeting as allowed in Article 12 Section C of the Meadow Lakes Community Council, Inc. by-laws. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the Meadow Lakes SpUD by Section, starting with Section 1 and continuing to at least Section 5. Time permitting the voting will continue on through Section 6 to Section 14. The Mat-Su Borough Planning staff will present the SpUD. The meeting will be held on February 18, 2009 at the Meadow Lakes Elementary School gym from 7:00 to 9:00.

The regular monthly meeting will be held the prior Wednesday, February 11 starting promptly at 7 PM at the Meadow Lakes Elementary School on Pittman Road.  Everyone is encouraged to attend both meetings and arrive early for sign in.
