The most important aspect of government in a Republic is that it should start at a local level. The most local level here is your Community Council. The residents of an area utilize this type of grass root organization to inform higher levels what direction they want their communities to take. That is the function of the Meadow Lakes Community Council. It is an advisory committee, implemented by a consensus of residents to inform the "powers that be" of our wants and wishes.Read more
