This is another of those one dish meals that you can make before you want to serve it and the ingredients will work while waiting to cook.

If you have some left over, it's even better the next night. This dish is simple, wholesome and filling. You can put other ingredients in to make it your own or just follow the directions that are below.

Well last month we cleaned out the deep-freeze of a few berries, now it’s time to take care of some of that fish.

For all of you fisher people or if you are lucky enough to have a good friend that will share their bounty, or you can buy already canned salmon from your favorite store, I have an easy recipe that I hope you will enjoy eating as well as making.

Well the holidays are over and the tree is stuffed back in the box and all those decorations are put away for the year.  Now is the time to clean out that deep freeze of those left over berries.
